Is the USB icon blinking without a USB-C cable connecting the phone to a computer?

If it is, has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the USB-C charge port in the phone, to make sure that the pins are straight and not bent and that there's no debris in the port enclosure that may be causing the problem to happen.

If there is any debris in the port, do not use a pin or metal probe to try and clear it. Try using a vacuum cleaner to clear it out.

If there's damage apparent to the USB-C connector or if everything appears to be OK there may be a problem on the charge port board.
