I bought the front panel and replaced it for my Ipad2, and it came with adhesive but i do not know how to put the adhesive on or where to put it on because the guide did not say

It goes on the Digitizer itself. Google search iPad 2 digitizer, click on images, and you should be able to find a screen that has adhesive on it; use that image as your guide.

Here's the thread that talks about how to install the adhesive for the iPad 2, there is a picture that shows exactly how the adhesive for the iPad 2 is installed. You do install the adhesive on the screen first, then install the screen onto the iPad frame. Some people put the strips on the frame first, but they are not designed that way.
