Hi @chinmoycha68252
An ipv 4 / ipv 6 boot failed message indicates that the BIOS cannot find the boot files in the HDD to boot from.
This could be due to either a corrupted boot partition in the HDD or the HDD has failed.
Turn off the laptop and then either press the novo button (left hand side of laptop next to the power input port) and select BIOS setup or turn on the laptop and press the F2 (or Fn + E2) to enter BIOS and check if the HDD is shown as being detected by the BIOS. I think it is located in the Startup - Boot setting
If it is not shown in BIOS then commiserations the HDD has failed or it has somehow become disconnected from the motherboard. Please confirm the model number and the MT (machine type) number of the laptop, so that the correct service manual can be provide to help you change the HDD
If it is shown in BIOS then if you meant that you tried a recovery disc then please ignore the following if not then you could try using a Win 10 recovery disc to try and fix it.
A Win10 recovery USB can be created from any known working Win10 PC. All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time.
In the host PC go to Control Panel - Recovery - Create a recovery disc and follow the prompts.
When you have the recovery disc, insert it into the laptop's USB port and then turn on the laptop and press F12 to change the boot order to USB 1st boot option, then restart the laptop.
It should boot from the USB drive into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.
When there go to Troubleshooting - Advanced - Startup repair and follow the prompts. Do not select Reset this PC because if you select the wrong option after this you could erase all your data as Windows will be reinstalled.
