Refrigerator Not Cooling, But Flex Zone Drawer and Freezer Works

The refrigerator portion is not cooling to the proper temperature of 34 degrees. It's only cooling to 55 degrees. The Icemaker had a block of ice that is now melted. The water flows from the dispenser, but still waiting for it to make ice. Is the evaporator motor the issue? How do I fix this issue of not cooling?

Run the diagnostics and check what error codes show. The code meanings are on the following pages in the manual.
