I broke my ice tray release button, can I buy just the piece I broke?

The button on the inside of the face plate of the ice tray (the one that reacts to the pressing to the upper right button to release the tray to pull out the tray).yeah it had gotten stuck from not sealing and froze up. Well between me and my father trying to get to some ice, we brothe release button and now then face plate doesn’t set secure and the tray doesn’t slid out unless we pull the latch out self. My question is, is there a part available to fix this issue or is the whole tray mechanism need to be replace?
