Why is one ear bud having more volume than the other one
The amount of volume in the left ear bud is diminished to the point where it's practically not audible

Check settings to ensure there aren't any settings labeled "Balance" for people that hear better in one ear than the other. If this is slid more to the left ear or right ear it will cause one to become louder than the other.

Sadly the Soundcore app doesn't offer this option for Liberty 4, so you can only change this setting on each device separately, if the device offers and allows this setting (my work laptop does not allow it). It's a nice symptom fix. However, I don't hear better on one side than the other, so it doesn't fix the core issue
I have the same problem. In my case turning off Sound leak compensation in the app fixed it mostly. (The difference is much smaller, but still there..)
For me it fixed two problems, as I was also bothered by the sound and balance regularly changing due to the compensation.
If you recognize this, it's definitely worth trying

Is there anything in the speaker itself?
Take off the rubber ear peice and look at the exposed speaker
