My computer does not charge with any good charger

Does the laptop turn on with the charger connected but doesn't charge the battery or it doesn't turn on and the battery is not charged either?

If it turns on but the battery doesn't charge, create a battery report to check the condition of the battery.

When you have the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value as seen in the report. For a good battery they are nearly the same value.

You can work out as a percentage the condition of the battery by using the formula Full Charge Capacity value x 100 ÷ Design Capacity value. If it is <35% consider changing the battery.

If the battery needs replacing here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop that may help. Go to p.36 to view the procedure to remove/replace the battery.

On p.65 Item #12 you'll find the part numbers for all the batteries that are compatible and may be used in the laptop. Sometimes the part number is printed on the battery if you wish to verify that it is the same one. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

If it doesn't turn on and the battery doesn't charge check if the charge port connector is OK

Open the laptop and locate where the DC-IN cable - p/n 5C10H71415 (supplier example only to show part) connects to the motherboard and then disconnect it from the motherboard. Connect the charger to the laptop's charge port as per normal and then check that there's 20V DC between the red and black wires on the cable plug connected to the jack.

If there isn't then the jack is faulty and will need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired. Search online for the part number (shown above) to find suppliers.

If neither of the above resolves the problem then the schematics would be needed to find out what's wrong.
