Why Does My ps4 Buzz Then Shut Down With A Pink & White Pixel screen

If and when I have my console plugged into the power surge it’s ok and after a while it makes a buzzing sound screen goes black Console shuts down. When I had it in my living room directly plugged into the wall it was fine 7 hours straight on. The problem had got very worse Since I Haven’t Played It In A Month it did the same thing then it turns on when you hit it twice and then a shutdown problem. Keep In Mind I Bought The Console With A Problem Cheap Worked Great For 3 Months And Now This Problem
