People can’t hear me

I can’t hear people talking to my Ring doorbell. They can’t hear me either. It’s all garbled and statically. I can’t understand anything.

How old is the Ring Doorbell? Is it still covered under warranty?

Did it stopped working recently?

And how is the wifi reception? Good signal or weak signal?
