Why are my deli drawer and water dispenser freezing?
Without a change in refrigerator usage, our deli drawer started freezing everything and our water dispenser is freezing up. Only way to fix the problem currently is to unplug the fridge for several hours until they thaw out. Then it happens again within a day or two.

What is the full model number of the refrigerator?
Asking as there are 3 model variants beginning with PFE28KYN... and they're not all exactly the same, so knowing the complete number will help, especially if parts are required.
