No Headset Speaker or Flash

I first had intermittent earpiece speaker issues, eventually that died. Then flash was disabled.

I bought a headset speaker and flash module (ali express because ifixit doesn't have flash). I replaced it all and still no sound or flash. "Camera in use" for flash and just no sound at all for speaker.

Any ideas?

Also I totally peeled the display from the frame, instead of frame from phone. The guide warned me but I thought I was doing it right even after reading it. Which tape should I use for that? The display is still functional.
