Why does my phone only stop at the logo when I turn it on?

You didn't specify what model the phone is, but try starting the phone in safe mode and check if it starts OK.

Hopefully the method shown in the link is applicable to your model as well.

If it does then a downloaded app¹ may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one, and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall to check whether it works OK or not. Once it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled, was the culprit. A downloaded app¹ is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and wasn't pre-installed already.
