Here's a video that may help.
Here's a link to an SSD/ram parts supplier that is useful.
It shows what type and capacity of SSD and ram is compatible and can be installed in the laptop.
You don't have to use the supplier, just use the information provided by them regarding the SSDs and ram and then search online for suppliers that suit you best.
