My TV recently started turning on with the brightness very low. The first couple times if I left the TV on, the screen would brighten. Now it will stay dim all the time. It is not the eco auto dimming feature. Also the TV doesn’t appear to have any way to get into the back of it.

@cooperdavies sounds like a backlight issue. We'll have to see your boards first. This backpanel is a PITA. Use something like this video Once you have the back cover off, take some good pictures of your boards and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. You will need a multimeter for this.

Anytime I try to remove the back, the only thing that has any space to wriggle a screwdriver into is the front panels and screens, removing the screen and leaving the leds visable. But not the boards. Trying to troubleshoot and get the back open now.
