Why is my tv turning up volum to 100%
Hi.
Was wondering if there is a fix or whats causing this:
I have a Lg 55sj950v that suddenly started to turn volum up to 100%, everytime i manage to turn it down, it turns volum up again to 100% after a few seconds.
Also all menu's scroll to the left.
I have disconnected all things connected to the tv.
Tried removing battery from the remote control and any other controllers.
Tried to factory reset tv. Took a long time before it finaly let me, cause of the scrolling to the left.
Beside this the tv works fine
Any fix or what's causing this would be much appreciated:)
Regards Fredrik

Questa è una buona domanda?
@fredrikhel35864 Are there any physical buttons or joysticks on the TV that might be causing this issue?

Ops was in a rush so posted it twice xD :
Yes, the manual says it got some kind of joystick function, i have never used that.
There are 5 physicsl buttons on the tv,
iv only tried using these after the issues started.
Before writing here i read somewhere online about LG Tv and some joystick issue, but nothing worked so i was wondering if it was something else.
Nothing i did with the physical buttons made it go away, and i never used those buttons before this happen, so would be strange if the button on the tv would be stuck?

@fredrikhel35864 Stuck buttons on the TV could be possible, but let's take a look at the remote first. Open the camera app on your smartphone and switch it to selfie mode or use a dedicated camera or computer webcam. Put batteries into the remote and point it at the camera so the front of the remote is in view. Do you see a violet light coming from the front of the remote in the camera when no button is pressed? Do you see a violet light in the camera when you press a button?

I see a violet light when when i push buttons.
No violet light is comming from the remote when nothing is pushed.
Tv is turning volume up to 100% and scrolling to the left, even if there is no batteries in the remote.

@fredrikhel35864 In that case, either the joystick/buttons are faulty or there is a problem with the main board. Can you take the back off the TV and upload pictures of the circuit boards (including the circuit board(s) the buttons/joystick are on)? Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda
