The tracker is in the Fitbit Blaze, but you need to have the Fitbit app setup in the phone so that it can connect to the Fitbit so that you can view any of the activity, sleep, heart rate etc statistics generated by the tracker,
Here's the user manual for the watch - see sections Setup with your phone and See your data in the Fitbit app.
