Laptop screen is blinking when ser to a certain angle

@sohailalikhan sounds like a bad display cable. If you open the screen to far it either rubs against another wire or the chassis. That can cause this or it puts strain on the circuit board by pulling, which can cause this as well.
Take a look on here Acer Aspire 3 A315 Screen Replacement for the wiring etc. It is not a complete guide but should definitely help you out.
