Can the pull up retractable handle mechanism on my Patagonia Blackhole - largest size - be mended. The wee internal snib half way down one of the two struts inside the zipped compartment that facilitates pulling up and down, won't retract any more. PS Not the freewheeler.

Hi Ellen, I hope by now you were able to repair your Blackhole Wheeled Duffel. Patagonia does have replacement handles.
