Darken the room, shine a flashlight beam against the screen. Let us know if you can make out any shapes and silhouettes. If yes, it is the backlight strips that have failed.
If not, then it could be a bad panel, power board or main board. We would need to see all of your boards. Take a couple well focused pictures (large) of all of your boards and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. Also, you did not tell us if your TV has sound. This is important to know since a bad backlight will not affect the sound.
