LG 55 EC930T Tv Turn's on but No picture.Only some faded white appers.

@damonshahi that looks like your backlight is on. Let us know if you have sound. Let's start off with some basics. First you need to verify that you have no image on all inputs. So check all of your video input sources. If it remains dark, unplug everythnig from teh back of your TV with the TV being last. The push the power button for about one minute. After that connect one source of video (DVD, BR, or Game console even, and then plug the TV back in. See if that resets your TV.

If it remains dark, use a flashlight and angle it against the screen with the TV at a station where you can hear the sound See if you can make out shadows or shapes. If you do, then it is your backlight that has failed. From what I can see if it most likely not, but we still want to check it out. If you do not see anything, unplug your set and remove the back. then visually check the boards for any obvious damage like domed or leaking capacitors. Check all the wiring and unplug the wires and plug them back in to make sure they are properly seated. Post some images of all of your boards with your question. Use this guide Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda for that so we can see what you see. It is possible that this is either a T-con board issue, or a main board issue. Yes, there is a chance it's the panel as well, but we can try and work around it.

"is it worth repairing or not." depends on you. I am cheap and dislike throwing things out without giving it a chance to be fixed. Again, it's your call. Doing remote repairs is not easy and there is a certain amount of frustration due the back and forth. So it's not a "this is broken and you need to replace that" without some troubleshooting.

I realize that it isn't the exact same model number (couldn't find a manual for it) but hopefully it is the same at least as far as the video output display is concerned but maybe not the TV channels signal type input (different country perhaps)
