LED screen display broken, can't read codes, entire thing not cooling

The LED screen is not functioning properly and I am unable to read any error codes it may be displaying. The freezer went out first and then the refrigerator. I gave up on the icemaker a long time ago, that thing hasn't worked in ages. What do I need to do?

Is the compressor motor operating at all?

If not try following the no compressor operation flowchart from the service manual for the refrigerator and see if that finds the problem.
