Wow, that's actually kind of impressive. You're looking at a full reshell(not an exact guide, but transfer everything to the new shell and you'll get the same result) + a top screen replacement to fix this. Don't follow either of these guides alone, you'll need a combination of the two.

I'm kinda late to the party since that answer has been accepted, but a "full" reshell isn't really necessary, it just needs a new top frame (the bottom part seems fine). It will also probably need a new wi-fi antenna, i'm not sure the console can boot without it.
@trewdbal You might be right, it's hard to tell from the picture. It looks to me like the bottom part of the hinge is damaged too.

@lucaspop No need for a specific guide for that. If you follow the top screen replacement guide, you'll come across this picture:

The little shiny part at the bottom-right corner is the antenna, you just need to put the new one in and make sure the red wire is safely tucked in the slit.
Another thing that never gets mentioned, even in detailed video guides, but which is crucial: if you decide to go through with the whole operation and get a new shell, there is one part that you'll have to recover from the original shell, right there:

Inside is a small plastic part that interlocks with the shell, but it will be absent from the replacement shell and you absolutely need it or else the hinge barrel (the part that pivots and makes that oh so satisfying "click") will be loose.
@darthmango Yes the hinge is broken, do you know how if I could replace the top screen housing?
