What is the model number of the TV?

Is the TV's red standby power LED on or off?

If off, have you checked that the wall power outlet that the TV is connected to is working OK?

If on, have you tried turning on the TV using the TV control Power button (if it has one) and not the TV remote control?

What do you mean by "not working"?

is the console plugged in? (you can check by the standby light/power light)

is it plugged in to the tv?

is it damaged/cracked in any way?
