download an install 3utools on your pc. connect the phone and access the panic logs.
find the most recent and post the top portion of it here.
i'm not that well versed in interpreting them, but there are lots of people on this forum who can help you out.

hello!
you should start by restarting the phone, if you can
if its frozen as im writing this, you should hold the home button and the power button until the phone goes to a black screen. when it FULLY powers off, turn it back on and it should work fine
if non of those work, you will need to open the phone and remove the battery.

if it fell into water or on the ground real hard. you might need a replacement but if non of that happened it might happen that your storage is full or you running lot of applications at the same time.
