Hi,
Check in Event Viewer for any Critical, Error or Warning events that may be logged at the same time as the problems occur.
If there are any (or a lot of the same sort) search online using the Event ID number and the Source info to find out what the cause of the event may be.
To get to Event Viewer, press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Event Viewer link.
Also check that the system files are OK by running an sfc /scannow command.
To do this type cmd in the search box on the desktop and when the Command app appears, click on Run as Administrator.
In the Command window type sfc /scannow and then press the Enter key.
Yes there is a space between the sfc and the / symbol.
This is old world computing as the mouse doesn't work in the Command window. If you make a typing error use the backspace key to step back and erase what has been typed in to where the error is and then start typing again.
