Turn signals (and dashboard turn indicator) not working, hazards do.
Hi, I have a 2003 Honda Accord 4 cylinder EX (2.4L) and the turn signals aren't working, and the turn signal indicator is not either, but the hazards do. Other threads have suggested replacing the turn signal flasher, so I did that and that didn't work. I also tried replacing the switch (I was thinking maybe because the dashboard light isn't coming on that maybe the source starts at the switch) however a new switch didn't work either. So both common solutions (replacing flasher and/or switch) didn't work for my issue. When I turn on the hazard lights, all 4 lights come on and don't look dim, but again get nothing when I try using the turn signal. I've checked fuse 16, 7 and 13, under the hood, and also fuses 7 and 11 in the cabin fuse box. I've heard rumors of a junction box possibly somewhere in the vehicle but can't find where that would be located. Can anyone help me with this head scratcher? I have no idea what to do since the switch and flasher relay replacements didn't work. Thank you!

Hi
Can you check all fuses and make sure all of them in right position?
See the car user manual. It will helps you to fix it because I think the problem ise electrical only .
