Output and Input audio device note being detected

So, long story short, I recently bought an Early 2011 13" Macbook Pro. Everything's working well, except for one thing, there is not any audio output or input at all. The single way I can output/input any sound is by connecting a BlueTooth device to my mac. And while that satisfies my needs, I'd like to try and resolve the audio issues with this device.

This mac has the OpenCore Legacy Patcher applied to it, but I do not think that it affected the sound in any way, as it was absent even before applying that.

Also, things I have tried to do till now are the following:

  • re-plugging the left and right speakers on the motherboard
  • plug and unplug an AUX cable in the jack 3.5mm port

I have also run the apple hardware test tool and got the following error 4SNS/1/40000000: VDOR-18.108

What I'd like to know is wether it is an issue related to the main board, or a simple speakers' and microphone replacement, will resolve the issue

Below I have attached the diagnostic result, and what's displayed in the output and input of sound settings.

You weren’t the very clear if the internal speakers work at all. So you get the startup chime?

Setup a bootable external drive with macOS Sierra, then reboot an using the startup commands (option key) so you can use the external drive.

Now using it are you able to use the internal speaker to work as well as a external headphone or speaker?

Sorry for the unclarities, no the boot chime cannot be heard, also the headphone jack is not outputting any sound. I will setup a Sierra boot disk, but it will take some time till I will return a response regarding wether it's working or not in Sierra

Hey! Sorry for such a late reply. I have tried installing MacOS Mavericks, and after that High Sierra, and the outcome is the same. So, it's not a software issue. Unfortunately, I do not have the possibility to extract the speakers and install them in another mac, in order to check wether the speakers are fried, or not. But, considering that the jack 3.5mm port isn't working too, I think that the audio circuit is at blame. Anyways, thank for the proposed suggestion

@sanghun - Sadly, this will require either a skilled person to fix the logic board (have the needed parts & micro-soldering skills) or you could just replace the logic board Sostituzione Scheda Logica MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Inizio 2011 FYI: The Late 2011 boards will also work in your system.

Nah, that's fine, I can stick with bluetooth devices, hoppefully almost all my audio is wireless so that is not a big issue
