I was trying to repair the screen in and iPhone XS and by mistake the flex wire of the Face ID sensor-speaker cut. So if I buy a new it’s not possible to reprogram the Face ID , what’s are the options for fixing them? Is it possible to solder the flex cable , can I buy the part and desolder the chip from the original to the new part?

You could but Microsoldering is quite hard! I would suggest a professional.Chaco a few Yt tutorials first so you know what to expect!

I didn't find any specific information on the XS, but the Face ID components are very similar on the X so the following articles might be of interest.
