I installed a 500gb Samsung SSD in my MacBook with an Sintech adapter.
Unfortunately the SSD ist not showing up if I try to install macos.
I tried to check the terminal with diskutil list but there is no SSD too.
What I have to do to fix this?

Sounds like faulty SSD,
I recommend returning it (If possible)
And getting an OWC SSD, It would be better because it doesn't need an adapter.

Did you try a more known adapter?
And what model Samsung SSD?

I have only this adapter and it worked when I first installed montery on it. After I formatted the SSD on my other Mac I can’t see it anymore. The Model is the Samsung 970 Evo plus

Does it work in the mac you formatted it in? This sounds like an OS file system compatibility issue. If the mac you formatted in has an older or newer os your current mac might not read it. You might have to put it into an enclosure and format it with the OS you currently have installed.

So I try to explain in more detail what I tried.
I first installed Montery on it old Mac when the SSD was new.
Then I removed the SSD and put it in an enclosure and formatted it as follows:
Name: Untitled
Format: Mac OS Extended (Journal)
Scheme: GUID Partition Map
The was to install Sierra now so I can install Linux as Dual Boot, because when Montery was installed no EFI was shown.
I tried to run the Sierra installer app on my new MacBook m1 but I always get the error message that the version is too old to run on the mac m1.

@zabuzza992 - The newer M Series systems require Big Sur or Monterey for the newest systems. You can’t run Sierra as that OS is strictly Intel not M.
Even still you don’t need to take that route using your M Series system to setup your older Mac.
