plays menu clip in youtube but not on to full screen

I have a LG 49UF6800 with sound, menu, plays menu clip in youtube but not on to full screen, You see grey screen with faded background vertical lines

I tried re-heating the black heatsink on main board with proper heat barrier around heat but still problem present

@Rahamat Ali not sure what you mean by this "re-heating the black heatsink on main board". Reflowing etc. will only work if you are dealing with cold solder joints etc. Post some good pictures or a short video with your QUESTION. That way we can see what your screen shows.
