The short answer is no.
The WiFi module is integrated onto the motherboard and cannot be replaced.
Here's the service manual that will help if you wish to verify by opening the laptop to check. On p.43 is details how to remove the systemboard and it mentions disconnecting the antenna cable from the systemboard. The antenna cable is usually connected to a removable WiFi module or if the WiFi is integrated on the board as close as possible to the WiFi IC.
