Why is my headlamp not turning off when rotating to off position

@deboya sounds like a bad switch. Check the contacts to make sure the switch opens those. Since we don't see what you see it will be up to you to troubleshoot the switch or you can try and post images of what the contacts look like etc. with your QUESTION so that we see what you see.
