After restore from iOS 12.5.5 to iOS 14 iPhone 7 (GSM) got error 7 with code 130C.FFFF, what's the issue? It's seems that's issue is in iPhone itself. When restoring thru 3uTools, it's says "Can't update Stockholm". (btw, Stockholm is a codename for Apple Pay) Could this be modem? Thanks!

I have seen this error come up a few times and replacing the homer IC “U3601” fixes the problem. If you don’t have a homer IC you could try re-balling the one that’s on there. I usually get these repairs after someone has tried doing an audio IC or Baseband PMU repair. I guess they have applied to much heat to the board causing the homer IC’s solder balls to become oxidised, cracked or nudged.

U3601 being reason for this error was confirmed today. I replaced Audio IC - following update ended at 69% "Updating Stockholm" with error "Failed to restore device(-1)". I searched online for solution and found this. I reballed U3601, soldered it back and update proceeded successfully.
