@maheralafndy check this guide Braun 5514 Battery Replacement and it might help to identify the parts. your board will most certainly need all of those components replaced. Looks like a few diodes, capacitors and more. We need to really get a close look at it.
Okay, so I would focus on D1 D2 R12 T3 and the broken trace from T3 to D2. We still need to see if there is any damage on the backside of the board. D1 and D2 are SS24 Schottky 40 V 2A Surface Mount DO-214AA Diodes.

@maheralafndy post some good picture of the damaged board and component with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see and hopefully find what you need. Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda

@maheralafndy can you post a picture that was taken straight to the board? Makes it easier to look at the components and traces as well as the other side. Wash the board off with some isopropyl alcohol or similar and a soft brush. Looks like some major damage and I wonder if this is not more than just a transistor....
