Headphone Jack Recognizes Headphones but no Audio

I have a Samsung Galaxy A71. When headphones are plugged in via 3.5mm headphones it recognizes the headphones are plugged in(no audio from loudspeaker when plugged in) but will not output any sound. I already replaced the dock and it has the same issue.

Hi @kolton0131,

Have you tried using the phone in safe mode and check if you can hear audio from the headset?
