PS4 doesn’t read CDs and making glitching noise after inserting one.

Hello, everyone so my PS4 isn’t reading CDs and whenever i insert any CD (PS4 game or movie) i am having this weird sound.

I tried all those things:

I rebooted the PS4, rebuilded my PS4 database from safe mode, updated and restored my software, cleaned my PS4 interior and even looked into the disc drive if there isn’t something stuck or broken and if the rollers were in place too (they were and i also cleaned them with kitchen towel), i also cleaned the laser with fiber and qtips with the smallest force. I even tried hard reset and horizontal and vertical ways of inserting the CDs.

Does it need replacement (whole disk or just laser?) or can i fix it somehow? I am student so i can’t afford a new one. Excuse my bad english, english isn’t my first language. Thanks for answers.
