Turns on for 1 sec then immediately shuts down

Same thing happened to my hp x360 pavilion convertible . Turns on for 1 sec then immediately shuts down. leds and fan turn on for 1 second and shuts off

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?

Does it do this with the charger connected?
