Help me diagnose this issue I’m viewing on my screen!

First of all thank you to those that take the time to view my question and are able to provide some clarity on this issue to me.

Please help me to identify what exactly is it that is messed up and causing this screen to display like this.

Is this something that can be repaired or taken from my other phone?

The screen that is displaying like this was originally intended to be a replacement screen for the phone I’m currently using which is cracked up BAD but all else is functioning properly.
