Why is my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) shows only black screen?
I had this phone in 2017, of course, and I never experienced this before. Yesterday there was an unexpected black out, and unfortunately my phone was running out of battery. When the electricity came back, I tried to charge the phone, but it wasn't charging. I tried to press the power button but it didn't turn on. I kept doing that then the phone suddenly vibrated. Please help me, is it a broken lcd screen? Thank you

Was the phone connected to the charger when the outage occurred?
Have you tried a different known working compatible charger or connected the phone to a computer and checked if it starts to charge?
