How do I fix the display on my ps4 slim

listen i have not played my ps4 in over a year because of this problem i tried putting it in safe mode but that did not work it was not displaying at all and so I tried switching tvs. and that was not the problem i even tried switching Hdmi cables that did not work. I look on Youtube how to fix it that did not work ether please tell me what is the problem so i won’t waste money on it. man its been hard. but i think its time for an upgrade don’t u think.

If you know how to solder and have the equipment I guess you could give it a go, if not bring it somewhere where they do those kind of repairs

If you have tried everything else it could be that the HDMI port itself is bad and would need replacing. That would mean removing the existing one and soldering a new one on the mother board

@Charles Williams No worries, if the port is not the problem than it could also be the chip that controls the HDMI and is located near the port on the motherboard, you would need to test and the components close to it with a voltmeter to check for any shorts
