Most likely all is needed is a deep clean clearing all suction paths. It’s recommended to clean ur vacuum after each use , your vacuum can last a lifetime if properly cared for .

When I vacuum with my vacuum then I shut it off all the dirt falls out of it makes a mess on the floor the filters are all cleaned everything is clean the vacuum is not blocked
