Screen wont turn on after lock screen

I just updated my 6s iOS to the latest version( from iOS 10 to iOS 14). but now it'll only turn on by rebooting/hard reset(home+power button) - it won't turn on from using the power button/home button but i can still hear/feel the tone/vibration when i hold the power button or access the touch ID. I already tried to factory reset my phone but the issue is persisting. Has anyone had a similar issue?
