It would be good to share where and which country you are located, so
Just to check when you do a full channel scan, it only show one channel? how about other tv? had you test the outlet with another tv?

In rare case if the tuner could be faulty and the hdmi ports are working well, you can consider getting a set top box to receive channel and connect to hdmi port
