Screen lines vertical and horizontal

help please

I tried to replace the flex cable my self the cable that connects the mother board to the screen. Unfortunately after i turned it out to try it before putting all the screws and everything back. The screen is not working at all not even with the old cable. Mac is turning on I can heard. I can even play music guessing what I am doing. And also by using with the Touch Bar. I connected to an external monitor with the c cable but is not working. Please help I am freaking out I fell I make it worst by trying to fix it myself thanks.

You talk about using an external monitor, does it work properly?

What cable did you try replacing? I'm a bit confused, there are four different cables!

after trying to replace the screen now it has the following issues.

The screen is not turning on at all before it got lines.

the external monitor is not working for some reason nothing on the screen. it used to work fine.

The short little cable between the main logic board and the T-CON board is not the failure here. The T-CON board its self is the issue (which is part of the display).

I’m suspecting you might have damaged the connectors either on the main logic board or the T-CON or the cable its self. You’ll need to inspect the connector and cable pins for damage.

I can only guess... I'm suspecting the display cable shorted out the connection at the logic board and/or the display part you got was defective damaging the system. Or, you damaged your logic board in the process (ESD).

I am using the same port. I am able to charge the computer even able to connect a usb drive with the adapter but is not working with external monitor please any idea what can I do thanks

There is a limit on what I can offer remotely. I would need to see the system to see what part you damaged on the logic board. I've pointed you to the most likely areas.

At this point I think you need to find someone local to help you. Where do you live ? (country and nearest city) maybe we can aim you to someone.
