You shouldn’t have to refresh the thermal paste on your laptop yet. It’s only been out for a couple of years.
If there is an overheating problem with the laptop, there should be a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on the laptop if you are located in Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
Check the warranty statement that came with the laptop to verify what it is for your location.
If the warranty period is still valid, don’t void the warranty by opening the laptop. Get it looked at under warranty

I don't know as there is no information online about how to do it.
Why do you want to open it?
Is it overheating or what?
As I said the laptop is too new a model to have problems with the thermal paste this early in its life unless you are using it continually in very hot and dusty conditions, and it is labelled a "rugged" laptop so it should be built for this..
If still under warranty and there is a problem go the warranty route first.

Is the fan operating a high speed i.e. is the fan noisy?
Does this happen all the time or only when watching videos or playing games?
Use Task Manager (right click on taskbar and click on Task Manager and check what processes are using the CPU if the CPU is a high % .
Then find out what the processes mean by searching online for what they do and if they are necessary.
