Hi,
How are you trying to connect to the internet, Wifi network or mobile phone network?
If mobile phone network, have you checked that the Mobile Data setting has been enabled? Go to Settings > Networks > Mobile Data, tap to turn on mobile data.
If WiFi, can you find and connect to a WiFi network OK?
