A scrap of paper is stuck underneath glass of photocopier and I keep,getting paper jammed message. How can I separate the glass from the tray underneath?

pages 193-194 show how to dis-assemble the scanner unit /scanner upper housing allowing access to under the glass.
Hopefully this is of some help.

The rollers responsible for pulling the papers from the tray full of papers must be cleaned with any cleaning material. It is recommended to use any electronic cleaning agent and then restart the machine after closing it, of course after pulling out the hanging paper scrap.
