I have a Sim stuck

I have a carrier locked phone and when I lock the Sim and put it into phone and go in Sim apps it shows gpplte menu which is of a gevey even tough the jv Sim is not present

The normal Sim is showing jv Sim menu only on iPhone i insert it into different phone it shows diffetent
