sound but no picture
i have sound but no picture. backlight is not working and there is no image using the flashlight method. what should i do to fix it?

Hi,
Disconnect the power from the TV and then disconnect the cable between the power board and the mainboard in the TV.
Reconnect the power to the TV and turn on the TV.
if the backlights don’t turn on you have a power board problem or LED strip problem.
Check the output to the backlights from the power board to see if there is voltage.
You may be able to find a schematic of the power board by searching for (insert powerboard board number) schematic.
if the backlights turn on it may be a mainboard problem.
