Can I update to 16gb ram?
I currently have 8gb of the RAM that come w the original purchase.
I would like to update to 16gb.
Is this possible? If so which RAM is compatible?

Hi Austin !
You are lucky ! iFixit have a tutorial to upgrade the RAM of this model.
In addition to that, iFixit sells the RAM for your model.

Indeed, I am on both the French and English forums. I have proposed the moderation of unanswered questions, because these are questions that now go back to 2018 and sometimes even to 2017.
I don't see the point in keeping these questions open. They have not had an answer so far, why would she have one now? And most importantly, is the author still active on iFixit as well?
However, if my reports are embarrassing, I understand and would no longer report this type of thing.
PS: Does iFixit not have private message management?

There is no problem.
I'm just getting to this iFixit community and I wouldn't want to hurt anyone. That's why I propose a stop if it's embarrassing.
